About Our Online Community

Get involved with Excelerate Youth Performance! Whether you are an athlete, parent or guardian, our aim is to create a community and develop conversations to help support and educate all those involved in a youth athletes journey.

We look to minimise the pressures of being a youth athlete, by providing simple ‘age appropriate’ training interventions:

  • Consistent with models of Long Term Athlete Development.
  • Broad training curriculum to reduce skill gaps and maximise all round physical literacy
  • Continual education of ‘how’ and ‘why’
  • Highlighting the enjoyment in movement and coaching to foster ‘genuine passion’
  • Providing positive role models for young people and ownership of their programme and destiny. Everybody involved every step of the way.  We are all ‘In’.

Meet Your Coaches

Toby Williamson

With a background of high performance sport, predominantly rugby, Toby moved into the world of strength & conditioning. He has a strong focus on efficiency of movement and achieving the right stimulus, rather than just a hard one. As a result, he has had the opportunity to work with high level individuals looking to move up within academy settings, to overseeing Marlow Rowing clubs' youth strength and conditioning programmes. When it comes to sports and performance, his passion lies in creating not only a winning culture, but one that allows an athlete to grow and develop within themselves.

Nathan Kelly

With over 15 years in the industry, Nathan is one of the most experienced coaches around. With a portfolio that covers Olympians and professional football players, to becoming head coach of the RFU South West Divisional Squads and overseeing Harlequins Rugby Hard Hitz programme.

Being a qualified teacher, Nathan has a unique combination of expertise and experience.  Using this skill set enables him to ensure that each and every client receives a truly bespoke service.  Both the ‘how’ and the ‘why' behind training are something Nathan looks to pass on to all of his athletes. As a result, he is able to develop relationships built on trust, with all parties focused on achieving the same results.
